- Independent: Not operated by a TTS vendor being ranked
- Reproducibly ingestible: Scores fetchable on a schedule
- Comparative: Ranks multiple providers on one scale

## How to Submit
- Open an issue on the aggregation repository
- Include the board's URL and how scores can be fetched
